Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Provide daily nursing care and services to residents based on their plan of care and individual needs, including assistance with personal hygiene, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them. Observe and report changes in residents' condition while making independent decisions when necessary. Collaborate with the team to ensure resident comfort and well-being, offering companionship, compassion, and encouragement. Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all residents. Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and high school diploma or GED are required.
