Job Summary
Care for seniors and those with illness or chronic disease in their homes by assisting with daily activities like bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, and eating. Support patient mobility through ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises while monitoring vitals, intake/output, and blood glucose levels. Document changes and collaborate with nurses and aides to ensure care plans are followed, notifying supervisors of any issues requiring medication or equipment adjustments. Maintain 1:1 patient-to-CNA ratios while working independently to manage your own schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Montana
- CPR certification
- Covid-19 vaccination card
- Valid Montana driver's license, auto insurance and transportation
- Compassionate nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to complete and pass a 10-panel pre-employment drug screening including marijuana
- Must be able to complete and pass other background/reference screening
