Job Summary
Nursing Assistant provides patient-centered nursing care and daily living assistance in the Weston Intermediate Care Unit under RN/LPN supervision; assists with basic health care needs (bathing, grooming, toileting, eating, meal prep), administers delegated tasks and treatments, records vital statistics and basic health information, collects non-invasive specimens, performs clerical duties related to scheduling and documentation, prepares treatment areas and equipment, maintains clean patient living areas, and may provide one-on-one care to patients as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred
- Obtains and maintains required state-specific competencies/certifications as applicable (e.g., ND Nurse Aide Registry or WI Nurse Aid Registry)
