Job Summary
Provide daily care and services supporting nursing care for residents and patients, including assistance with bathing, changing linens, and properly positioning patients. Offer hydration, check in on patients in the morning and night, and take or record vital signs. Perform other similar duties as assigned by the nursing department when necessary. Full and part-time day shift and night shift available. Licensed CNA-I in good standing with the state and Geriatric Nursing Assistant Certification in Maryland required. English language proficiency and ability to react to emergency situations essential. Reliable transportation required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a licensed CNA - I in good standing with the state
- Must hold Geriatric Nursing Assistant Certification in the state of Maryland
- Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required
- Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English Language
- CNA - I must be a caring individual dedicated to providing high quality care to our residents/patients
- Reliable transportation required
