Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Hospice

Provide compassionate bedside care for hospice patients, including assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications under supervision. Document patient progress in electronic health records and communicate updates to the interdisciplinary care team. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing room sanitation and managing personal care needs. Work flexible shifts to support 24/7 hospice coverage, with on-call availability for urgent patient needs.
