Job Summary
CNA for hospice visiting home health visits across Bucks, Montgomery, and Northeast Philadelphia. Per diem schedule with flexible options and reliable transportation required. Responsibilities include activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care), transfers with lifting devices, ROM/exercises, oral feeding, vital sign checks, light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and medication assistance as part of a multi-disciplinary care team in home health care. Requires CNA certification, at least one year of Home Health Aide experience, English literacy, successful completion of competency evaluation, and compliance with state requirements. Required Qualifications
- Have at least one year of work experience as a Home Health Aide
- Have completed a recognized Home Health Aide training course and be certified to work as a Home Health Aide
- Demonstrate ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
- Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
- Have a criminal background check completed
- Meet all state requirements
