Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care and support with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) under the care plan, including assisting with personal care, maintaining client home environment, and engaging clients. Requires Maryland CNA license and CPR/First Aid. Flexible hours with part-time/full-time options and mileage reimbursement; 12 hours of annual training; background checks required.
Required Qualifications
- Possess current Maryland state CNA license
- Possibly have other valid credentials such as GNA, HHA, PCA, MT
- Possess a current CPR/First Aid certification
- Have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and up-to-date auto insurance
- Able to recognize and report changes in client care needs
- Must pass all background screenings
- Must complete 12 hours of company-provided training per year
- Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or skilled facility
- Caregivers must be able to lift 20-50 pounds
- Able to work an average of 20-40 hours per week
- Able to bend, climb, stoop, and stand an average of 5 hours per day
- Caregivers are not allowed to smoke in clients' homes
