Job Summary
Conduct personal care services for clients under RN/Case Manager direction, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Maintain a clean, safe home environment through meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping. Read and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and respiration while completing and submitting appropriate documentation. Work in-home in West Columbia, SC as part of a team of over 4,000 employees dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for former nuclear weapons and uranium workers.
Required Qualifications
- Active certification as a CNA in the state(s) of practice
- At least eighteen (18) years of age
- Current CPR certification
- TB test
