Job Summary
Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) PRN providing one-on-one patient care and family teaching in the patient’s home. Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, hygiene). Requires CNA certification in the applicable state and CPR certification. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license; 1 year of healthcare/home health/hospice experience preferred. Mileage reimbursement and referral program offered. Location: Hartsville, TN (serving Hartsville, Smith, Macon, and Trousdale counties).
Required Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in applicable state
- CPR Certification
- Reliable transportation, current driver’s license and automobile insurance
- 1 year experience in a healthcare field, home health, or hospice preferred
