Job Summary
Provide assistance to residents with activities of daily living based on individual needs and interact daily to improve quality of life. Report resident needs and concerns to a licensed nurse. Maintain simple records and communicate effectively in English while working as part of a team. A passion for helping seniors and a desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere are essential. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Able to understand and carry out directions and instructions and maintain simple records
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
