Job Summary
Conduct home health visits providing activities of daily living, light housekeeping, bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, range of motion exercises, transfers, oral feeding, vital sign checks, and medication assistance. Assist clients with ambulation, meal preparation, laundry, and bed making while performing transfers using mechanical lifting devices. Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio across Warren and Vance counties with reliable transportation. Requires at least one year of experience, an active North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry listing, English proficiency, and a completed criminal background check. Includes weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and 24/7 clinical manager support.
Required Qualifications
- Must have access to reliable transportation
- Have at least one year of work experience
- Must be listed on the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing
- Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
- Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
- Have a criminal background check completed
- Meet all state requirements
