Job Summary
Provide personal care and companionship to clients in their homes. Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation. Monitor and report changes in client condition. Offer emotional support and a warm, caring presence. Flexible with availability, including potential evenings, weekends, and holidays. Opportunities for continued learning and growth. Spanish-speaking caregivers are currently being recruited. Role includes same-day pay and telemedicine health plan. This position requires an active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate, valid driver's license, auto insurance, CPR, health screening, and AHCA background screening.
Required Qualifications
- Florida CNA license or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate
- Active Driver’s License with reliable vehicle
- Active Auto Insurance
- Active CPR Certification
- Health Physical / Health Statement (completed within the last year)
- Proof of negative TB test (within the last year) or negative Chest-X-ray (within the last 5 years)
- Level 2 Background Screening through AHCA or ability to successfully pass background check
