Job Summary
Provide personal care and companionship to clients in their homes; assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility; help with light housekeeping and meal preparation; monitor and report changes in client condition; offer emotional support and a warm, caring presence. Requires a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Florida or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle, auto insurance, CPR certification, recent health statement, recent TB test or chest X-ray, and AHCA background screening. Flexible with hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays); part-time schedules ranging from 4 to 12 hours per shift; same-day pay and telemedicine health plan available.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Florida License or Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate
- Active Driver’s License with reliable vehicle
- Active Auto Insurance
- Active CPR Certification
- Health Physical / Health Statement (completed within the last year)
- Proof of negative TB test (within the last year) or negative Chest-X-ray (within the last 5 years)
- Level 2 Background Screening through AHCA or ability to successfully pass background check
