Job Summary
Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living to clients in their homes, including support with mobility, hygiene, and medication reminders. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare team members. Follow care plans and safety protocols diligently while performing light housekeeping tasks. Valid HHA or CNA certification or license required, along with prior experience in home health care or a similar setting. Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor essential. Available to work Fridays 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
