Job Summary
Assist patients with personal care, activities of daily living, bed baths, hygiene, and grooming. Provide wheelchair assistance, safe pivot transfers, and mobility support as needed. Support patients with meals, light housekeeping, and companionship while maintaining a safe, clean home environment. Follow the patient's care plan and agency guidelines, communicating any changes or concerns to the appropriate team member. Maintain professionalism and respect for the patient and family at all times. Work one-on-one in the home setting in Kissimmee, FL, with a schedule of 25–40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate
- Reliable transportation
- Must meet all background screening and onboarding requirements

- Home care or private duty experience preferred
