Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one hourly pediatric and adult home care for clients in Haines City, including assisting with personal hygiene, ambulation, eating, dressing, shaving, and physical transfers. Maintain a clean, safe environment through light cleaning, laundry, and dishwashing. Monitor vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, while measuring fluid intake and output. Document personal health care activities and report any changes in appearance or gross behavior to the Registered Nurse. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am to 3pm.
Required Qualifications
- Current, valid Florida CNA license OR 40-75 hour Home Health Aide Certificate
- Current BLS CPR Certification (obtained in-person, not online)
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
- 1- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
- Assistance with Self-Administration of Medication CEU (minimum of 2 hours)
- HIV/AIDs CEU

- Monday-Friday 9am-3pm
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in home care is preferred
