Job Summary
Provide personal care services under RN/Case Manager direction in clients' homes; perform patient hygiene tasks, monitor vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration), assist with meals and light housekeeping, and follow written assignments to maintain client comfort. Schedule is flexible, with both Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities in Warrenville, SC. Requires active CNA license, CPR certification, and TB test.
