Job Summary
Provides in-home personal care under the direction of the RN/Case Manager for assigned clients. Performs essential functions including reading/recording temperature, pulse, and respiration; patient hygiene (bathing, shampoo, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, shaving, dressing, toileting); maintaining a clean, safe home environment with meals, laundry, and light housekeeping; and completing required documentation. Schedule may be Part-Time or Full-Time in Leesville, SC, with benefits such as medical/dental/vision and Health Savings/Flexible Spending Account. Required Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in state(s) of practice
- Current CPR certification
- TB test
