Job Summary
Follow a written plan of care to provide personal care, household support, and companion services that help adults maintain independence. Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and toileting, while managing meal preparation, light housekeeping, and range of motion exercises. Support ambulation and transfers using mechanical lifting devices, and ensure medication reminders are completed accurately. Work within Tampa, Carrollwood, Brandon, Sun City Center, Riverview, and Plant City locations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year work experience
- Current HHA - Home Health Aide certificate (at least 40-hour course) OR CNA License OR 1-year of hands on experience working as a caregiver or Home Health Aide (HHA)
- BLS Certified CPR (must be American Red Cross, American Heart Association, HSI, or American Healthcare Academy)
- Level II Background Check
