Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct patient/resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, executes the plan of care, and communicates with patients, families, and the health team. Responsibilities include performing initial and ongoing data collection, reporting condition changes, ensuring safe and timely care, documenting results, providing nutritional care, prioritizing tasks with strong time management, and supporting care coordination as part of a 60-bed skilled nursing community. The role supports flexible scheduling across day, evening, and night shifts including PM and NOC, with shift differentials and benefits such as health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, PTO, tuition reimbursement, EAP, and continual training. Candidates should be in good standing on the state nursing assistant registry, capable of meeting physical requirements, and proficient in English communications.
