Job Summary
Follow the patient's plan of care to ensure comfort and well-being, promptly attending to requests from patients and their families. Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, oral hygiene, changing bedding, and clothing while maintaining dignity. Provide support to families by sharing knowledge and offering reassurance during challenging times. Maintain accurate documentation to meet regulatory standards. Work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm with rotating weekends in the King of Prussia, Audubon, and Collegeville area.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Current unencumbered certificate in the state working as a C.N.A.
- Minimum one (1) year experience as a C.N.A. in an acute care or long term care setting
- Current CPR certification if state-mandated
- Current driver's license
- Vehicle insurance
- Access to dependable transportation
