Job Summary
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join Holiday Heights Healthcare Center in Norman, OK. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities (meals, hydration, personal hygiene), helping with mobility, providing bedpans, baths, showers, and dress, checking vital signs, and recording daily information in residents’ charts. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, dignity, and safety, with opportunities for career advancement through the CNA to RN and beyond. Weekend, full-time shifts available; comprehensive benefits and an ESOP structure for employee ownership are offered.
