Job Summary
Provide industry-leading personal care and assistance to residents, including dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and bathing. Respond to call lights and assist with transfers using appropriate equipment and body mechanics. Record care information accurately, report changes in resident condition to nursing staff, and observe for unusual incidents. Personalize care based on individual needs and preferences while fostering a positive atmosphere. Complete daily assignments and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Successful completion of 75-hour Nurse Aide course
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalency (preferred)
- CPR Certification (preferred)
