Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) responsible for providing personal care and assistance to residents in a facility. Duties include assisting with ADLs (dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, bathing/showers), observing and reporting resident conditions to nursing staff, maintaining resident care information, responding to call lights, assisting with transfers using proper equipment and body mechanics, fostering independence through teaching ADL skills, building rapport, supporting a positive atmosphere aligned with Core Values, following daily assignments, and demonstrating compassion for the elderly. Requires completing 75-hour Nurse Aide course; HS diploma or equivalency preferred; CPR preferred; must be at least 16 years old.

- Must be at least 16 years of age (required)
- Successful completion of 75-hour Nurse Aide course (required)
- CPR Certification (preferred)
