Job Summary
Provide hands-on support with daily living activities and assist residents with meals, hydration, hygiene, and mobility. Monitor residents, report concerns to nursing staff, document intake and care provided, assist with feeding and nutritional supplements, and maintain clean, safe resident areas. Follow facility policies and regulatory requirements while upholding resident confidentiality and collaborating with the nursing team. Requires a New Jersey CNA license and prior experience in long-term care. Full-time shifts available with a $1,500 sign-on bonus.
