Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role in Delavan, WI. Under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor, this position performs resident/patient care activities and related services to meet residents'/patients' personal needs, safety, and comfort, contributing to a positive physical, social, and psychological environment while following Center policies and procedures. Responsibilities include assisting with daily resident/patient care, supporting long-term care residents, and collaborating with staff to ensure high-quality care. Requires completion of approved CNA training and competency evaluation, with emphasis on effective communication and compassionate care for the elderly. Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of approved nursing assistant training and competency evaluation program
