Job Summary
Care for seniors and those with illness, injury, or chronic disease in their homes by assisting with daily activities like bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, and nutritional intake. Support patient mobility through ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises while monitoring vitals, intake/output, and blood glucose levels. Collaborate with home health nurses and aides to ensure adherence to care plans and promptly notify supervisors of any issues requiring changes to medication, care, or equipment. Maintain active Colorado CNA licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and at least six months of healthcare experience to provide one-on-one patient care in the comfort of the home.
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in the State of Colorado
- CPR/BLS for Healthcare Providers (demonstration course required)
- Compassionate nature
- Good communicator
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- At least 6 months of health care experience
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Ability to pass a drug test for THC
