Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time - Hiring Incentive $1,500

Provide residents with routine daily personal care and services per the resident’s assessment and plan of care. Perform ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting), keep rooms and care areas clean, assist with transporting residents, monitor and document vital signs, encourage participation in activities, and assist with feeding. Participate in orientation of new residents, document care, report changes to charge nurse, and perform other duties as assigned. Relevant CNA certification in Alabama required or obtained within 120 days; prior CNA experience preferred.
