Job Summary
Provide assistance and care to residents in accordance with their needs, including dressing, bathing, toileting, walking, and transferring. Remind residents of medications, make beds, respond to call lights, and document work. Work closely with fellow staff members to support residents. This role requires a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Illinois, with training provided for necessary skills. No previous experience is necessary, though long-term care experience is a plus. Full-time day shift hours run from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM with every-other-weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Illinois
- Must be able to work every other weekend
- Must pass a physical
- Must pass a drug screen
- Must pass a 50-pound lift test
- Must provide fingerprints for criminal background check
- Must successfully complete the orientation program
