Job Summary
Provide direct resident care as a Certified Nurse Aide in a 39-bed long-term care skilled nursing community in Mechanicsville, IA. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating), delivering emotional support and companionship, communicating with residents and families and the healthcare team, conducting routine vital checks, enabling recreational and therapeutic activities, and adhering to infection control protocols to ensure a clean, safe environment. Requires active CNA certification in Iowa and emphasizes resident care, professionalism, teamwork, and a compassionate demeanor.
