Job Summary
Answer residents' call lights to determine needs, turn and reposition residents while in bed, and provide physical support for daily living activities including bathing, eating, dressing, toileting, and ambulation. Review dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences to ensure proper diets are followed, record food and fluid intake/output, and report changes in resident condition promptly to nursing staff. Build relationships with residents to ensure their stay is comfortable and dignified. Full-time days shift (6 AM - 6 PM) with no weekend requirement. On-the-job training provided for current CNAs seeking career growth through nursing tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Current CNA certification
- Compassionate communication with coworkers and residents
- Willingness to learn and follow long-term care regulations
