Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for North Shore Healthcare in Lancaster, WI. Responsible for resident/patient care activities including personal needs, safety, and comfort under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor; contributes to a positive physical, social, and psychological environment while following Center policies. Requires completion of an approved CNA training and competency evaluation program, ability to interact effectively with residents, families, staff, and volunteers, interest in long-term care, English literacy, and meeting health requirements. Offering Full-Time 1st Shift and 2nd Shift and Part-Time 2nd Shift with benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, life insurance, PTO, and access to the newRain Pay app.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of approved nursing assistant training and competency evaluation program
- Able to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents/patients, families, volunteers, and other center staff
- Possess special interest in, and a positive attitude about, working with long-term care residents/patients and the elderly
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Meets all health requirements, as required by law
