Job Summary
Provide resident/patient care under the supervision of the assigned Nurse Supervisor, performing personal-care activities and related services to meet residents/patients’ safety, comfort, and physical, social, and psychological needs. Assist in maintaining a positive environment and adhere to center policies and procedures. Requires successful completion of an approved CNA training and competency evaluation program; strong communication with residents, families, volunteers, and staff; focus on long-term care residents and the elderly; capable of reading/writing/speaking English and meeting health requirements.
