Job Summary
Provide direct, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Support residents' physical and emotional well-being by building meaningful connections and delivering compassionate, person-centered care. Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team to ensure timely and appropriate care. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while following all care plans, safety protocols, and infection control standards. Work a rotating schedule of day shifts (6:30am-6:30pm) and night shifts (6:30pm-6:30am) every third weekend at Rochester Rehab & Living Center in Southeast Minnesota.
Required Qualifications
- Current CNA licensure in MN
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow care plans and resident orders
Desired Qualifications
- Long-term care experience (preferred)
