Job Summary
Assist residents with personal care, daily living activities, and prescribed treatments while documenting services on the computerized charting system. Take and record vital signs including temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse, and respiration, then report changes in physical, emotional, or behavioral condition to the Registered Nurse or supervisor. Support activity programs and perform additional tasks as needed to help each resident maintain independence. Full-time role with shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
