Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication reminders in accordance with care plans. Provide personal care, monitor physical and cognitive wellbeing, and report changes to the nurse and supervisor. Deliver nutritional supplements, document meal intake, and participate in life enrichment programming while maintaining resident dignity and privacy. Perform lifting, turning, transferring, and transporting tasks as needed. Document resident care timely and accurately, complying with all community policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Certified Nursing Certification

- 1+ years of paid or volunteer experience working with seniors
