Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication reminders in accordance with care plans. Provide personal care, monitor physical and cognitive wellbeing, and report changes to the nurse. Support dining room services at assigned mealtimes, deliver nutritional supplements, and participate in life enrichment programming. Document resident care timely and accurately while promoting residents' dignity, independence, and rights. Comply with all community policies and procedures. Weekend differential of $3.00 per hour applies. Located at The Village at Victory Lakes/Lindenhurst, IL.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Certified Nursing Certification

- 1+ years of paid or volunteer experience working with seniors
