Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication reminders in accordance with care plans. Provide personal care, monitor physical and cognitive wellbeing, and report changes to the nurse. Support dining room services through meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of intake. Deliver nutritional supplements and participate in life enrichment programming while documenting resident care timely. Lift, turn, transfer, and transport residents using appropriate equipment. Comply with all community policies and procedures. Located in Lindenhurst, IL, this full-time or part-time role offers up to $22/hour with a weekend differential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Certified Nursing Certification

- 1+ years of paid or volunteer experience working with seniors
