Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication reminders in accordance with care plans and community policies. Provide personal care by lifting, turning, transferring, and transporting residents between beds, chairs, bathtubs, and wheelchairs. Support dining room services through meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake while delivering nutritional supplements at assigned times. Monitor residents' physical and cognitive wellbeing, report changes to the nurse and supervisor, and participate in life enrichment programming. Document resident care timely and accurately while promoting the dignity, independence, and rights of residents at the Village at Victory Lakes/Lindenhurst.
