Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication reminders in accordance with care plans. Provide personal care, monitor physical and cognitive wellbeing, and report changes to the nurse. Support dining room services through meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of intake. Deliver nutritional supplements and participate in life enrichment programming while documenting resident care timely. Lift, turn, transfer, and transport residents safely. Comply with all community policies and procedures. High School Diploma/GED required; Certified Nursing Certification may be required depending on state regulations. 1+ years of experience working with seniors preferred.
