Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication reminders in accordance with care plans. Provide personal care, monitor physical and cognitive wellbeing, and report changes to the nurse and supervisor. Deliver nutritional supplements, participate in life enrichment programming, and document resident care timely and accurately. Support residents with lifting, turning, transferring, and transporting them between beds, chairs, and wheelchairs. Comply with all community policies and procedures while promoting resident dignity, independence, and privacy.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Certified Nursing Certification
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of paid or volunteer experience working with seniors
