Job Summary
Assist residents with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, and providing fluids and nourishment throughout the shift. Support personal hygiene needs, observe residents for health issues, and document food intake, medication administration, and living area cleanliness. Transport residents within the facility and make beds while adhering to professional standards and facility policies. Work alongside experienced nurses and staff to ensure high-quality care in a supportive environment. Valid MA CNA certificate and COVID-19 vaccination required. Competitive hourly rate of $21–$23.50 with flexible scheduling available for full and part-time shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Valid MA CNA certificate in good standing
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (religious and medical exemptions available)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and transfer residents (up to 50 pounds)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
