Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Provide individualized resident care and follow care plans to support residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial wellbeing. Tasks include grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, incontinent care, toileting, transferring, ambulation, and range of motion as indicated by the care plan. Maintain comfort, privacy, and dignity; interact with warmth and compassion; follow safety and infection-control procedures. Lift, move, and transport residents using gait belts, transfers, or lifts as identified by the care plan. Assist residents to appointments and activities; document care provided and pertinent information. Comply with applicable regulations and residents’ rights. Include responsibilities such as answering call lights, and assisting with resident personal laundry as needed. Eventide is an equal opportunity employer.
