Job Summary
Conduct regular direct care rounds on assigned units to monitor activity and ensure resident needs are met, including assisting with activities of daily living. Maintain positive relationships with residents, obtain vital signs, weights, and heights as instructed, and notify the Charge Nurse of any condition changes. Complete all assigned duties and documentation, coordinate new admissions, transfers, and discharges in the Transitional Care Unit, and ensure infection prevention and control practices. Maintain a safe and clean work area while performing other duties as assigned. Full-time evening shift from 3pm to 11pm.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) license in good standing
