Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting while supporting mobility, transfers, and positioning. Monitor and report changes in residents' condition, maintain a clean and safe environment, and partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care. Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members. Prior long-term care experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and a commitment to excellence
