Job Summary
Provide resident care as a CNA by assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting), supporting mobility/transfers/positioning, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care, monitor changes in residents’ condition, and uphold a compassionate, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible)
- A heart for service and a passion for caring for others
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and a commitment to excellence
- Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
