Job Summary
Support residents in activities of daily living while implementing personal care plans that focus on their strengths, preferences, and routines. Provide assistance with resident programs and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure timely needs are addressed. Deliver person-centered care covering physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical aspects to ensure comfort, companionship, and belonging. This role offers various schedules including PRN, part-time, and full-time 8-hour shifts. Required Qualifications
