Support residents in all aspects of daily living, implementing personal care plans that focus on their strengths, preferences, and routines. Provide assistance with activities of daily living, programs, and physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs while working with the clinical team to address resident requirements timely. Deliver person-centered care ensuring comfort, companionship, and belonging for Wind Crest residents in this 84-acre continuing care retirement community.
Required Qualifications
- Current Colorado CNA certification
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Basic computer skills
- Must be available all year for employment
