Job Summary
Support residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care that addresses their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. Implement personal care plans focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and routines while delivering comfort, companionship, and belonging. Assist with activities of daily living and resident programs, collaborating with the clinical team to ensure timely needs are addressed. Schedule includes various options such as PRN, part-time, and full-time roles on 8-hour shifts (7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a). Compensation ranges from $20-$27/hr with shift differentials and Med Tech opportunities. Minimum of one year of CNA/GNA experience is preferred, along with current state certification and CPR.
Required Qualifications
- Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Basic computer skills
