Job Summary
Support residents in all aspects of daily living by assisting with activities of daily living and implementing personal care plans that focus on strengths, preferences, and routines. Provide physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical support while working with the clinical team to ensure resident needs are addressed timely. Deliver companionship and belonging through resident programs and daily care. Requires current Colorado CNA certification and CPR certification; must be at least 18 years old and available year-round. Earn $21.50 to $26.50/hour plus shift differentials and a $1,500 sign-on bonus for full-time roles.
